AIR CONDITIONING
1st and 2nd floor are provided with A.C., but not ground floor.
Every air conditioning machine is independent from the other ones, having its own control panel with switch on/off and setting buttons.
After switching on, the conditioner could take up to 10-15 minutes to get fresh air. Make sure that all the windows are closed while using A.C. otherwise the conditioner could not come into operation or shut down automatically.
Make sure that on the panel the snow flake sign appears, not sun sign; otherwise set it on snow flake sign by pushing the “winter/summer button” (look at the picture below).
Please help to avoid useless waste: if there are any rooms you are not using during your stay, turn off the machine there. Thank you!
HEATING
Provided from OCTOBER the 15TH to APRIL the 15TH for a maximum of 14 hours per day divided into time slots, according to the rules of the Municipality of Arezzo.
Every heating machine is independent from the other ones, having its own control panel with switch on/off and setting buttons. To get the machines of the bathrooms come into operation, at least one of the machines on ground floor must be on.
After switching on, it could take up to 10-15 minutes to get hot air. Make sure that all the windows are closed, otherwise the heater could not come into operation or shut down automatically.
Make sure that on the panel the sun sign appears, not snow flake sign; otherwise set it on sun sign by pushing the “winter/summer button” (look at the picture below).
Please help to avoid useless waste: if there are any rooms you are not using during your stay, turn off the heater there. Thank you!
