Keep doors and gate closed at night or if you are out for a long time.
Please avoid loud noises at night in the respect of neighbors.
In spring/summer the garden and the pool need almost daily care, so a neighbor of
ours helps us with their maintenance, coming for a short time in the early morning
or late afternoon to water plants and clean the pool with robot when necessary.
The swimming pool’s rules are posted at the entrance of the pool area: please read
and comply with them.
Both charcoal and wood can be used to light the grill outside; the wood is free and
it’s located near the bikes behind the house.
The water inside the house is drinkable. To get filtered water to drink, turn the
round knob on the left of the kitchen’s tap. Please use the knob on the right to
wash and cook.
The fireplace on the ground floor can be used for heating only, not for cooking!
You can use our wood free. The old fireplace in stone on 1st floor cannot be used.
In case of lack of power: the electrical panel is located on ground floor in the
laundry room (on the left-hand wall); please check that every switch is “on”.
A first aid kit box is on the ground floor, over the desk next the bathroom’s door
please recycle waste as follows:

Use of air conditioning
1st and 2nd floor are provided with A.C.,not ground floor.
Every air conditioning machine is independent from the other ones, having its own con-
trol panel with switch on/off and setting buttons.
After switching on, the conditioner could take up to 10-15 minutes to get fresh air.
Make sure that the windows are closed while using A.C. otherwise the conditioner could
not come into operation or shut down automatically.
Make sure that on the panel the snow flake sign appears, not sun sign; otherwise set it
on snow flake sign by pushing the “winter/summer button” (look at the picture below).
Please help to avoid useless waste: if there are any rooms you are not using during your
stay, turn off the machine there. Thank you!
Use of heating
Provided from OCTOBER the 15TH to APRIL the 15TH for a maxi-
mum of 14hours per day divided into time slots, according to the rules of the Municipa-
lity of Arezzo.
Every heating machine is independent from the other ones, having its own control panel
with switch on/off and setting buttons. To get the machines of the bathrooms come into
operation, at least one of the machines on ground floor must be on.
After switching on, it could take up to 10-15 minutes to get hot air. Make sure that all
the windows are closed, otherwise the heater could not come into operation or shut down
automatically.
Make sure that on the panel the sun sign appears, not snow flake sign; otherwise set it
on sun sign by pushing the “winter/summer button” (look at the picture below).
Please help to avoid useless waste: if there are any rooms you are not using during your
stay, turn off the heater there. Thank you!
