The villa is on three levels with a total area of about 400mq.
On the ground floor there is the living area, where the ancient stone and terracotta floors and brick vaulted ceilings have been preserved, and where the ancient pits used in the past for the storage of grain can still be seen. On the ground floor there is the living area with the large living room and a modern fireplace, a sofà and the TV, the dining room, the fully equipped modern kitchen (hob, oven, microoven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, moka, toaster, kettle, kitchenware), a bathroom and the laundry area (washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack).
On the first floor there is a small lounge, the ancient kitchen with the large stone fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Finally, on the second floor there is a sitting area, 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Of the 7 rooms available, 5 are double and 2 twin-bedded, for a total of 14 beds. There is also a sofa bed for an additional guest. All rooms have air conditioning and all 5 newly-built bathrooms have shower.
On first and second floor terracotta and art nouveau floors have been preserved, as well as a good part of the ancient decorative frescoes.
The furnishings are mostly made up of restored antique furniture that has always belonged to the family.
